hello, a few days ago i received my bimtool pro, i like it, but have some cuestions:

1)how can i connect it with ista rheingold, it not recognize it with usb or with ethernet cable

2)how can i make it recognize the frequency of of the control? it is update to the lastest version but it not read frequency bud it does read the chips

3) how can i connect to it via wifi, the serious question is how can i configure the wifi it not visible in any way on my pc

Hi, I bought VVDI BIM TOOLPRO 2 months ago AND with it, I ended up having 2 problems:

1- I can't find technical support eather from my vendor (VVDISHOP.COM) nor from XHORSE or any official from VVDI or XHORSE, so here I am getting in contact with you guys.

2- My device is not working at all. in this 2 month i ve been trying to connect it to any bmw (new or old one) using any type of computers W7 W10 all computers have antivusrus software desable at all times and yet the device just cannot connect to car. (BMW TOOL-Installer V162, firmware 141, BMWTOOL-ConfigurationFileV104)

The software installation goes find, no error , no messages. it is when I need to connect to any bmw car the device lost connectivity with the software. it can't find the device and it gives me an error " can not find device" message. also, in the event... let say if the device stays connected to pc it wont connect to any car, it can not see the cars modules or any. so at this point this $1000 device worths nothing.

How can you help me? how can I get in contact with VVDI Tech support ? Xhorse/VVDI Tech support via Skype, they just can't answer back to me , they seem to be out all the time. Skype account is: zhangpei_zp_1 . this people are not responding at all. I wish I would be able to call them via email, or whatsapp instead. can you help me?
